The PCL Series Above-Liquid Injection Air Foam Generator is a firefighting device horizontally fixed on the top wall of oil tanks, capable of generating and discharging air foam, primarily used for floating roof tanks. When foam mixture liquid supplied by foam fire trucks or fixed fire pumps flows through the delivery pipeline and passes through the foam generator, air foam is formed to extinguish oil fires. The air foam generator mainly consists of three parts: the foam generator body, foam discharge pipe assembly, and guide plate assembly. When the foam mixture liquid passes through the generator nozzle, it forms a diffused atomized jet, creating negative pressure around it, thereby drawing in a large amount of air to form foam. The air foam is discharged into the tank through the foam discharge pipe opening to extinguish the fire.

The air foam generator mainly consists of three parts: the housing assembly, foam discharge pipe assembly, and guide plate assembly.
When the foam mixture liquid flows through the generator nozzle, it forms a diffused atomized jet, creating negative pressure around it, thereby drawing in a large amount of air to form air foam. The air foam is delivered into the storage tank through the foam discharge pipe and guide plate, flowing down along the tank wall and smoothly covering the burning liquid surface.
